No, only for summary court martial, IAW AR 27-10 Chp 21 Para 5b, Preservation of Jurisdiction and Punishment: An RC soldier may not be held beyond the end of normal period of IDT for trial, or service of any punishment, nor may IDT be schedule solely for the purpose of UCMJ action. Involuntary activation pursuant to paragraph 21-3a is authorized only in accordance with the procedures set out in paragraph 21-3c.
