Can a remotely operated swivel mount design be produced?
Yes at an additional expense. We have not gone that route trying to keep cost down for the average boater that does not want to spend an arm and a leg for night vision. Plus, the remotely operated swivel mounts add complexity to wiring and maintenance, and lead to possible failures due to vibration of the mount down the road. We have found that this leads to greater owner dissatisfaction with the product long term.
