Can a rat survive longer than a camel without water?

Camel you say, not even close, they can last about 15 days without water. The animal that can survive the longest without water is the kangaroo rat and lucky for it since it spends it’s life in Death Valley. A kangaroo rat can go it’s entire life of 3 – 5 years without taking a single sip of water. As for a normal Rat, I wouldn’t think he could do without water for to long.
