A Resource Entity is not excluded from setting up a separated virtual resource in accordance with Section 10.3.2.1, Generation Meter Splitting, for more than one physical unit. However, a virtual resource, in accordance with Section 6.5.5 (2), can not set be up with a resource already established as a jointly owned resource.
