yup if you try to keep Weight of the foot causing pressure to the calf you might chose to use your other leg to support most of your Weight on the leg without the torn calf so one foot is receiving more pressure then the other so it can cause pain i douht flat feet if you worry about that just can some custom made foot inserts.
