The MEDI IEC System is available to enrolled providers and their authorized staff, claim submitting agents and payees. Direct Data Entry Claim submittal is available via the Internet for seven claim formats: HFS 2360 – Health Insurance Claim Form HFS 1443 – Provider Invoice HFS 2209 – Transportation Invoice HFS 2210 – Medical Equipment/Supplies Invoice HFS 2211 – Laboratory/Portable X-Ray Invoice HFS 215 – Drug Invoice UB92 Batch 837P & 837I transactions can also be submitted through the MEDI IEC System.
