Can a PROS program bill for services provided by staff funded through a VESID contract?
To bill for a PROS service, the person providing the service must be included in the clinical staffing plan of the PROS program. If the individual is in the plan, he or she may generate PROS revenue for reimbursable PROS services. The individual’s time may be allocated between VESID and PROS. However, each service can only be reimbursed by one entity.
