Since WIBC/ABC/YABA rules do not govern secretarial services, it is advisable for the league president and secretary to meet with the bowling center to negotiate an agreement. Although a proprietor can provide the service, it would be up to the board of directors to determine if the league will utilize it. However, whether the league uses the service or not, the proprietor may still require payment.
