Can a property be excluded from the LOD requirements?
A property within the LOD can be excluded from the LOD requirements if geologic logs from borings completed to a depth of 45 feet, which have been prepared and sealed by a Virginia Certified Professional Geologist, show that the area proposed for exclusion is not underlain by carbonate rocks or calcerous material to the tested depth.
