Can a probation officer badger a client?
if person is granted probation it is in lieu of spending that time incarcerated until the full term of his sentence is completed. the person gets paroled because he himself has promised to rehabilitate himself.They are on the honor system. The officer is making sure the community is safe and he is following the rules.If that is such an emotional strain he can go back to jail or prison and finish out his sentence whether he is rehabilitated or not . Then he won’t have to listen to that mean lady.
