Can a previously confirmed session reservation be cancelled?
Space previously confirmed for a session would be cancelled only if: • The purpose for which the space has been reserved is changed and this change puts the reservation in conflict with an alternative space request of higher priority (e.g., an event was booked for videoconferencing but videoconferencing no longer required; videoconference events take priority in videoconference facilities); • A request of significantly greater need and/or higher priority is received, and there is sufficient time to find an adequate alternative for the reservation being cancelled; or • The room is for some reason rendered unusable.
