Can a Preparer add a comment to an eGC1 during the eApproval process?

Yes. Go to the Approval Graph page and a button called “Add Comment” should be located directly above the graph. Click on this button and a new window will open to allow a comment to be added. This comment will be recorded in the History and Comments page along with the name of the person who added it and the date/time.
