If the organization offering the CME activity is an organization accredited by the ACCME or recognized state medical society, it can designate the activity for AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™. The location of the activity has no effect on accredited organizations that provide CME in regard to their ability to designate AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™.
