CAN A PERSON TRULEY LOSE WEIGHT WORKING OUT at home,without equipment?
I found that going through a divorce can get rid of 45 pounds in 6 weeks flat! Seriously though, alot of it had to do with loss of appetite due to stress beyond my control, but the key here is CONTROL! Instead of going through a traumatic experience like I did, try to control your portions at mealtime. Don’t keep eating until the bloated feeling tells you to stop. Instead, YOU tell you to stop! Also, find some sort of activity or hobby to do outdoors. BE ACTIVE! Even if you’re not sweating all the time, there’s something about being out in the sun (for a reasonable amount of time) that makes a man healthier and feel better. Also, be patient! If someone else notices you’ve lost weight before you do it’s so much more rewarding! As far as exercise equipment- you have your own body weight! Doing push- ups is almost like doing a bench- press! EAT LESS- STAY ACTIVE!!!
