Hi, yes they can it is according to the damage it has done to their body. If they are not physically or mentally able to work, the person can apply for Disability. They need to talk with their Doctor, first to see if he/she will fill out their Disability paperwork. If the Doctor is willing to fill out the paperwork. Then get the Disability forms from your employer and Social Security and have the Doctor fill them out. Take care!
