Can a person of Indian origin who lives outside of North America apply to Indicorps?

No. For the 2002-2003 fellowship year, Indicorps is only accepting applications from people of Indian origin who are citizens or permanent residents of the United States or Canada. Indicorps is exploring the possibility of expanding the program to include non-resident Indians in other parts of the world.
