SEEMS NOT! I received the below from Gregory Cormany, a member of our lodge and thought you might be interested in reading it and letting Wilson Leather hear your views: “My daughter recently went to AIT for training as part of her reserve commitment. She was working at Wilson Leather at the mall [in Sioux City, Iowa] before she left. Upon returning from training she went back to the store to resume her job. She was told by the manager that she no longer had a job. This of course is not above board. After calls to corporate headquarters etc. she was told she had her job back. It appears that they stood by their word. They gave her 3 hours a week knowing it would not be enough to take care of expenses. They of course had their reasons for the short hours which in a broad sense was legal. She was a good salesperson when she did work there and usually always met her goal. I guess you don’t buck management because while they are probably in their legal rights they will get you somehow, eve
