Yes. Each LED sign comes with an RS232 serial port connected to an RJ11 phone type connector on the back of the sign. See LED Sign Serial Kit and LED Sign SDK. If your PC only has a USB port available, you can use our LED Sign USB Adapter to connect to our serial cable and our LED signs.
