Can a patient choose to upgrade their frame from a free ASE basic frame, to a better frame from my practice?

Yes. They simply pay the full amount to the practice. There is no monetary contribution towards the frame. This frame must then be sent for glazing to ASE with the completed Eyecare Plan. Glazed spectacles usually take no more than a maximum of ten working days.
