Yes, the SCI enhancement can be offered on eligible hayland and pastureland. The watershed SCI threshold applies. Also, hayland and pastureland SCI payments are capped at a SCI of 1.0. Please see reference below. CPM Section 518.84 Enhancement Payments H.
