Can a participant arrive before their scheduled arrival date?
If participants arrive in Central Florida prior to their program start date, they will be responsible for arranging their own accommodations until their scheduled date of arrival. While we welcome our participants to visit any time of year, they will not be eligible for any Cast Member Discounts, including discounts on Resort Hotels, until after they have checked-in and completed their first day of work. If participants would like to stay at the Walt Disney World® Resort prior to their program arrival date, they may contact the Disney Reservations Office at (407) W-DISNEY (407-934-7639) or visit waltdisneyworld.com to book a room.
