Can a Pardon ever be revoked?
The Parole Board may revoke a pardon if: • The NPB finds that you are no longer exhibiting good conduct; • The NPB discovers that you made false statements or withheld relevant information at the time of the application • You are convicted again • If new information comes forth which convinces the NPB that you were not eligible for a pardon at the time it was granted or issued.
