Can a PA be completed (retro for July) if no data was listed in the MRO inquiry? IE: Submission error and appropriate information wasn sent prior to July1?

To request PA, there must be a denial or approval in the system so if July 1 was missed, approval or denial information must still be obtained before a PA can be approved.
