Yes. All Branch sponsored events should have a person designated to take membership applications and issue membership cards. Non-members may join EDGE&TA prior to or at the event and have coverage that day. They become EDGETA members when your membership person takes their money and hands them a yellow EDGETA membership card with a sticker showing the year it expires. It is the responsibility of the membership person to report the new members to the National EDGETA secretary/treasurer within 30 days.
