No. You cannot use the Nexus lane if the people you are travelling with do not have a Nexus pass. If you drop the non-Nexus card holders off before the border and you are caught your Nexus card will be revoked and you will never qualify for a new one because you have broken the trusted traveler rules. The best thing to do is use the ordinary lanes and encourage your friends and family to get Nexus!
