Chances are no because your levels only have to be above 5 to be positive on a blood test and that can show up even before your period is due in most cases. At 5 wks late if you had a negative blood test then you can be 99.9% sure you aren’t pregnant the only way it could be wrong is if you just ovulated about a week before the test was done.
