Can a Muslim perform Salaat with dry-cleaned clothes?

0

Garments cleaned by means of the dry-cleaning processes in vogue today cannot be considered as Paak or purified as the same liquid is used over and over again to wash the garments. For purification of impure garments the Shariah stipulates that the impure fluid be squeezed out and discarded as waste. It is not permissible to re-use impure washing liquid to wash other garments. Muslims should, therefore refrain from having their garments dry-cleaned.
