Well, since you are not on the birth certificate but you are paying childsupport then I am guessing that there was a paternity test, if not then you need to get one and you can go to court to try to get a better visitation with your daughter set up. Your best chance is to get a lawyer and fight for your parental rights, explain to your lawayer that you want to be able to see your daughter and that you would like to have shared holidays, and summer visits. Now this won’t be easy I will tell you that right now and it is not going to happen right away.
