Can a modded Xbox 360 use xbox live at all?
Chances are the XBox 360 is flashed. It’s a different type of mod but it only allows you to play copies of the game on DVD-DL type DVDs. You can go on live with these games as long as you check the ISOs with ABGX360 and check to see if it says “stealth check passed” Sadly this does not allow you to get DLC for free. You still have to pay for those. If the DLC is damaged then you can go online and redownload it with the XBox. However if you bought the console pre-modded there is a chance that is has been banned(it happens but rarely now). You can take your HDD off your 360 and use it at a friends house and get the DLC that way because Microsoft only bans the XBox and not the XBox Live account.
