Probably, but nobody has used one yet. There is one aspiring builder who is supposedly looking into it. I recommend the Continental O-200. You can get a mid-time engine for not a lot of money. Also the Rotax 912 and Jabiru 2200/3300 should work well. Personally, I recommend using a certified engine in an experimental airplane.
