Can a member re-enrol as a member of Golden Circle?
If you are already a member of Golden Circle please DO NOT enroll again. As you will be issued with a new membership number and card which will not be connected with your existing membership account. As you will only receive stay or mileage credit in one account at a time it will reduce your chance for upgrade or requalification. If you have re-enrolled by mistake, please email our service centre at golden.circle@shangri-la.com providing your name, address, date of birth and the two membership numbers. We will then merge the two memberships and advise you by return the membership number that remains valid.
