Can a manager end the traineeship earlier?
It is not possible to finish a traineeship earlier. In the case of emergencies (illness of a close family member, call back by home company for important reasons) arising costs have to be covered by the manager, this includes travel costs and – for participants from the Russian Federal Commission and the Ukrainian Initiative – may also include claims from the respective institution. In any case the responsible MTP EU Partner and MTP Head office in Cologne have to be informed about the issue in due time before the manager leaves the host country.
