Can a manager apply aged older than 56?
If the manager shows open-mindedness, flexibility and the motivation to transfer the newly acquired knowledge into his/her home company, a participation in MTP can be considered also if he/she is older then 55. However, a decision like this has to be well founded and justified in each individual case. Are there any limitations or pre-conditions for participation in terms of, e.g., branches, fields of activity or specific internship objectives? In general, MTP is open to managers from all branches of economy. It is not open to civil servants and employees of state and regional administration. Additionally, managers form the finance sector may take part in MTP only on an exceptional basis.
