Can a magazine subscription issue be returned ?
Yes, a magazine subscription issue can be returned. The Magazine Department will issue a postal return label to the customer so they can return a specific issue. Returns must be received within 6 weeks of delivery of that issue date. Customer accounts will only be credited if items are return unused and in good condition. No back issue can be returned from a previous year. Contact magazines@scholastic.ca or call 1-888-752-4690 if you have further inquires regarding returns.
