Yes, however there must be joint prior approval in writing by the CADB and SADC. Any division of premises will require that the resulting parcels are agriculturally viable. If RDSO’s exist, they must be allocated between the resulting parcels. Without an existing house, RDSO or exception, there is no provision for housing on the resulting parcels.
