Can a job seeker communicate to the employer directly?
Although some employers may have disabled receiving messages from jobseekers thru their “Privacy Options”, yes, there is a messaging function in the site where a job seeker can directly send inquiries or messages to the employer. The message will reflect in the employer’s account as a new message under his inbox. Also, Jobseekers may decline receiving messages thru their Privacy Options.
