Yes, the housing provider can offer the accessible unit with RGI assistance to the household provided that: • the household is eligible for the accessible unit, • a separate waiting list for accessible units exists (which can be administered either by the housing provider or by Housing Connections), and • the household is first on the list for the accessible unit.
