Can a Helio channel partner or sales representative act on behalf of a customer?
We encourage Helio channel partners and sales representatives to use the program as a resource to communicate the benefits of the Helio Trade-Up Program to their customers. However, if the customer decides to engage in the trade-up process, it is best to direct the customer to the web site in order to conduct the transaction themselves. The relationship is between Market Velocity and the user of the program.
