Can a have two jobs: policewoman and a job in media?
Generally no, you can’t. One job would inevitably interfere with the other. As a police officer, you would be too biased to be effective in a media position. HOWEVER, police departments do have police officers that are assigned to speak with the media and that is their sole job. They notify the media of any ongoing investigations, sobriety checkpoints, speak opinions for the departments, etc.
