According to ORB page 35 the Power Fist rules state that ‘when not used in HTH the hand with the power fist can be use to carry other items. However, since you can only use one CCW if you are armed with a basic, special or heavy weapon you do not have to use the power fist, but must say that you are before rolling your HTH dice.
