Can a group charter an airplane from Yellowknife to Florida over spring break 2010 cost effectively?

I would like to get a group of my fellow Yellowknifes (Yellowknife, NT, northern Canada) together and all go to Florida for next spring break (March 2010). Regular airfare from Yellowknife to Edmonton, AB (the nearest centre) is about $700, 1000 air kilometers away. I feel pretty sure a charter company could send a plane here instead of Edmonton for a brief ‘deadhead’ to make the trip. It’s not too cold in March, and the airport is well maintained with a 7500 foot runway. Any ideas?
