Can a grocery store be liable for damage vehicle cause by shopping carts?
My car was damage by shopping carts of a major grocery store due to a storm on June 10, 2009. The carts were not secured and strong winds propelled carts into my car causing large dents. Is this major grocery store liable for the repairs on my car. I did contact the store and they took pictures and a report but stated they were not liable for damage(s).
