Can a general surgeon remove wisdom teeth?

noooooo a general surgeon can not operate on u for ur wisdom teeth.u need a dentist.if u cant afford to go to a oral and maxillofacial surgeon then go to some normal dentist who just has a bachelor degree but doesnot have a specialization.he is gonna charge u less and we are taught at graduate level how to operate on wisdom tooth. dont take risk of going to general surgeon.he has no clue of dental x-ray , ur tooth parts , ur jaw bone , where to give anesthesia in which nerve …..also he wont be having the proper tools needed to extract the tooth…..
