Can a full-time person displace a part-time person within the same Job Family?

0

Yes a full-time person (regardless of whether his seniority is lesser or greater) may displace the part-time person with the least JFS at the affected station. For example, a FT person with 5 years JFS may displace a PT person with 10 years JFS. If there is not a part-time person at the affected station, he may displace the part-time person with the least JFS in the system. Refer to OBMOG, Layoff Policy page 2.
