A former Fulbrighter who is interested in applying for a second study grant must have resided in Thailand for at least three years after the completion of his/her first Fulbright study grant. In the case of the Thai Visiting Scholar Program and Scholar-in-Residence Program or the Non-degree Study/Professional awards, a former recipient is eligible to apply for a second award if four to five years have elapsed from the time that his/her previous grant ended.
