Yes. Although, all funds must be deposited in U.S. Dollars and drawn upon a U.S. Bank. All foreign account applications MUST include a W8-BEN Form and Online Service Agreement, which you can download from our Forms Center. A copy of your valid passport is required for all foreign residents.
