Can a Force Dome be cast on the deck of a moving vehicle?
A Force Dome can be cast upon a large, moving platform (like a vehicle) and remain stationary with respect to it, as long as it is completely anchored on the platform; i.e., provided that the lower hemisphere of the dome can be completely contained within the vehicle. Note that in this case, the dome is “anchored” using a big chunk of vehicle, and any electrical cabling, fuel lines, et cetera that cross the boundary of the dome will not function! Source: Dr.
