I say no. There is a slicing attachment with most food processors, but it is limited in the width of the slice. Also, the food chute would only allow you to put maybe a half a pepper down the chute, where it would get sliced crosswise, not lengthwise as you would for a fajita. As long as you must cut the pepper to get the seeds and membranes out, it’s only another second slice it lengthwise.
