Can a figure walk over uneven ground?
Not automatically, but it’s really easy to animate. Create the walk animation as if the figure was walking on flat ground. Now open the Graph tool for the Hip’s yTrans value and go to the area where the feet are not on the ground. Edit the curve so the feet stay on the ground. You will probably need to edit the yTrans curves for the feet too. Try to keep the basic shape of the curve, just bend it a bit where the ground level changes.
