Can a due date be changed once the EFT is established?

0

You may change your due date but you must be aware that in doing so you may have to change creditor due dates. If this is not done you may incur late fees from your creditors. Your creditor due date should be 15 days after the EFT debit date. Please be aware if you change your EFT date it might cause a delay or loss of APP benefits.

You may change your due date one time during the course of your enrollment on the program. You must notify Customer Service 15 days before your scheduled due date. You may also need to contact your creditors to adjust their due date 15 days after your new EFT due date.
